Things I Believe
Culture isn't a perk — it's the operating system.
The best teams are built on trust, not process.
Listening is the most underrated leadership skill.
Structure should empower, never constrain.
People do their best work when they feel safe to fail.
Transparency scales better than hierarchy.
Small rituals build strong teams.
Every system is a reflection of the values behind it.
Personal Projects
Honest food reviews, student side-hustles, and life lessons. I share brief, honest reviews from restaurants around the Bay Area and beyond. When I’m not scouting for the best food, I’m partnering with brands, sharing quick hustles for students, and dropping some real talk and advice from my own experiences to help

Think of me as a talent scout for data. I take complex problems from professors all over the world and test them against different AI models to see which one "gets it" best. I’m big on organization, so I use Excel to track every comparison and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. I work with my team to figure out what high-quality, human-friendly work actually looks like.
I spend my time building the prompts that power AI like Google. My favorite project so far was a custom AI tutor I built for myself and other students. I coded it to be totally honest—no jargon, no "fluff," just straight-up answers. I wanted it to teach using real-life analogies that actually make sense, making sure the "training" was actually helpful for the person using it.
I did a little bit of everything here—from checking patients in to helping them find their perfect pair of glasses. I also handled the "detective work" with insurance, acting as the middleman between patients and insurance companies to make sure their coverage was solid and they were ready to go. On the back end, I kept our records organized by deciding what was essential to keep and what needed to be securely cleared out to stay HIPAA compliant. On top of that, I got to help with the "behind-the-scenes" people stuff, like building our onboarding process and writing the interview questions we used to find new teammates.
